 How can we guarantee the products' quality?

1.All materials we must test key specifications before unload.

2.We will store different material into different warehouse after unload.

3.Warehouse keeper must make paper and computer storage records.


Could u indicate a list of the procedures used to control and test starting materials, intermediates and finished products?

1.We choice materials according to production process sheet.

2.We test every lot intermediate product specification and make records.

3.We test every lot finished product all specifications and make records.

4.We will retest specifications and performance function before ship.

About OEM service

Q1. Can I have a sample order for your product ?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A:Sample needs 1-3days, mass production time needs 1weeks for order quantity 1*20GP.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for trial order?

A: Low MOQ, 100kgs for sample checking is available

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional. 

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on the bags?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q6: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new product with new order. For defective batch products, we will retest them at the first time. We can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
